2 packages cream cheese, softened

2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese

¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan

½ cup mayonnaise

2 spring onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish

2 gloves garlic, crushed

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp hot sauce, such as Tabasco

1 tsp paprika

Juice of ½ lemon

Flaky sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1 lb fresh crab meat

Toasted bread and crackers for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, ½ of the cheddar cheese, ½ of the Parmesan, and mayonnaise. Add spring onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire, hot sauce, paprika, and lemon juice and mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in crab meat.
  2. Add dip to a medium oven-safe pan and top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan.
  3. Bake until bubbly and cheese is melty, about 35 minutes.
  4. Top with more spring onions and serve warm with bread and crackers.
