2 oz Bourbon Whiskey

1 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

1 oz Rhiannon Red Wine

In a bartender tin, add ice and the Bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Use a Hawthorne strainer to strain the cocktail into a glass filled with fresh ice. Position a bar spoon or teaspoon upside down on the inside edge of the glass where the cocktail meets the edge. Pour the Rhiannon Red Wine over the spoon slowly allowing the wine to float on top of the drink. Now enjoy with your best witches!
